pascom ONE Cloud Phone System FAQs

Get your questions about pascom ONE cloud phone systems answered!

pascom ONE is available to business customers and you all need to do is signup for a pascom ONE cloud phone system. This will create a my.pascom.net account for your business in which you can access and manage your cloud PBX subscription, and all your business phone numbers. Once your pascom ONE cloud phone system is available, all the functions of our VoIP phone system will be delivered as a Software as a Service via the internet. This means you can access and manage your virtual cloud phone system by simply logging into our intuitive management UI directly via your browser. Similarly, the pascom apps connect to the phone system via the Internet and make all the pascom VoIP telephony and team messaging tools available to your users wherever they work.

After signing up for the free 30-day trial, your pascom ONE phone system will be available within just a few minutes. At this point, you can start setting up your phone system. Our support team is also on hand to help you with the initial setup, which is extremely helpful if you have more complicated requirements.

Your existing desktop phones can still be used with pascom ONE. However, your phones must be VoIP and Cloud compatible. Please refer to our list of supported desktop phones to ensure full functionality and ease of integration.

For maximum comfort and ease of use, simply use your PC, laptop or smartphone with the pascom apps.

As soon your pascom ONE subscription is upgraded to a commercial subscription (i.e. not the free trial), you can port and use your existing phone numbers with pascom ONE.

If you have any technical questions, our product documentation is a great starting point to get them answered. Beyond this, the pascom forum provides an excellent platform to search, share and exchange knowledge. If you can’t find the answer to your technical questions or have a problem, then our support team can be reached by opening a ticket under pascom.net/support.

Should the test period end, the system will be deativated. To keep your pascom ONE phone system and the settings you have configured, you only need to upgrade to a pascom ONE subscription. This can be done directly in your my.pascom.net account or with your pascom Reseller Partner. If you do not upgrade your trial to a pascom ONE subscription inside of 90 days, then your Cloud phone system will be deleted.

Simply register for the 30-day free trial, add your users, choose or add your phone numbers and get calling and chatting.
