Memtime Integration

Thanks to the integration with Memtime, call times are recorded automatically and billable hours are logged directly. You can set up the connection in just a few steps.

Set up the pascom app in Memtime

• Start the Memtime app.
• Click on the burger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top corner to open the menu.
• Select the “Connected Apps” option in the menu.

Now you need to find pascom in the Memtime Marketplace. If Pascom is not displayed in the list of Connected Apps, click on Find more Connected Apps. This will open the Memtime Marketplace website. Search for Pascom and click on the Connect to Pascom button.

Enter pascom URL and REST-API BASIC Auth String

You will be prompted to enter your pascom URL and the REST-API BASIC Auth String. Log in to the admin interface of the pascom telephone system. Click on Settings > REST API.

• Click on the “Show REST Credentials” button to display your BASIC Auth String.
• Now enter your Pascom URL and the Auth String in Memtime.

Once the Pascom Connected App is installed, return to the Memtime app and click on the Update installed Connected Apps option to ensure that the connection has been established.

Authenticate pascom

In Memtime, select the Pascom app from the list of your connected apps. Click on Authenticate to start the authentication process.

You will be asked for your Pascom user name and PIN. You can find this in the Admin interface under User > User

• Edit a user to retrieve or reset the corresponding user name and PIN.
• Enter your user name and PIN in Memtime.

Click on Save to complete the authentication.

Activate time recording

Go to the Time recording section in Memtime. There you will now see an overview of all your Pascom phone calls that are automatically recorded. The integration is now complete and your Pascom calls are now automatically recorded in Memtime.
