Account Management
Manage your personal information, security settings, and device activity in the Account Management console of mypascom.
The pascom Account Management Console is the central location to manage your personal settings, security settings, and device activities for your pascom account.
Accessing the pascom Account Management Console
To access the Account Management Console, follow these steps:
Overview
The Account Management Console is divided into four main areas:
- Personal Information: Here, you can manage basic information such as your email address, first name, last name, and preferred language.
- Login: Configure your login options here, including password changes and two-factor authentication.
- Device Activity: Log out unknown devices and monitor your device activities.
- Applications: Manage app permissions for accessing your account.
Personal Information
In this section, you can manage the following information:
- Email: Your primary email address for the mypascom account.
- First Name: Your first name.
- Last Name: Your last name.
- Select Language: The language in which the mypascom user interface is displayed.
Login
This section provides options to enhance the security of your account:
Standard Authentication
- Password: Change your password to ensure the security of your account.
Two-Factor Authentication
- Authenticator Application: Set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator application to further enhance the security of your account.
It is strongly recommended to enable two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Device Activity
Monitor which devices have accessed your account. You can log out unknown devices here.
- Logged-in Devices: Displays a list of devices that are currently logged in to your account.
- IP Address: Displays the IP address of the device.
- Last Accessed On: Displays the time of the last access.
- Clients: Displays the client through which the access occurred.
- Expiration Date: Displays the expiration date of the access.
Applications
In this section, you can manage the permissions that various applications have been granted to access your account.
- Application Name: Displays the name of the application.
- Application Type: Displays the type of application.
- Status: Displays the current status of the permission.
By default, the Account Management Console and the mypascom portal have permission to use your account information.
