Virtual Voicemailbox
Access to your voicemail box
Click the to call your voicemail box, provided your system administrator has configured your own voicemail box. You can also reach your Voicemailbox via a Function Code.
- retrieve your messages or make settings via a voice menu in your mailbox.
Key 2 - Change folder
- Press 0 for new messages received
- Press 1 to view old messages
- Press 2 for business messages
- Press 3 for family messages
- Press 4 for friends messages
- Press # to cancel the operation

- Press 1 to record a new greeting
- Press 2 to record a new busy message
- Press 3 to enter your own name
- Press 4 for new greeting in case of temporary unavailability

AI transcription of your voicemail messages
The pascom app features automatic transcription of voice messages, which makes it possible to convert spoken content into text form. This technology makes it easier to quickly capture and process important information without having to listen to the voicemail in full.
You can read the content of a voicemail message in the call journal without having to listen to it. This saves time and significantly improves the efficiency of communication.
You can easily save the text from the transcript to the clipboard using the .
Processing the voicemail transcripts takes up to one minute, depending on the length of the voice message.
Fast call forwarding to your voicemail box
If its need to be fast, you can set up call forwarding to your voicemail box with a click of a mouse button. This function can be found in under and is called “Redirect to Voicemail”.
You can deactivate call forwarding by clicking on the button again.
Voicemail to E-Mail
With “Voicemail to Email”, every voicemail you receive is automatically sent to your email address, provided your administrator has configured this accordingly. The message is provided as an MP3 file attached to the email. This allows you to listen to your voicemails conveniently from anywhere and at any time without having to log into the pascom app. This allows you to react more quickly to important messages and organize your communication more efficiently.
