User Import from Microsoft 365 via EntraID through the pascom Connector
The pascom Connector enables seamless integration of Microsoft 365 by importing users directly via Entra ID. This eliminates manual user maintenance, and changes in Microsoft 365 are automatically synchronized.
Overview
- When setting up a new phone system, the administrator no longer needs to assign a password. The login method of the admin user is automatically set to SSO, and the login to the pascom app also takes place via the session from the mypascom portal.
- Grafana Analytics Update with Infinity Plugin for Live Data.
- New function for admins - users' mobile devices can now be paired via email invitation.
- Microsoft Status Connector has been adapted to EntraID.
- Language selection integrated into the Admin Dashboard. (DE+EN)
- Spy PIN field removed from the Queue Metrics settings.
