Admin Interface login

We recommend that you access the admin interface via the mypascom customer portal. This is simple and straightforward, without any requirements. We explain how to log in to mypascom and access the admin interface in the mypascom subscription documentation.

Alternativ: Direct login to the admin interface of the telephone system

Direct access to the admin interface via a URL requires that certain conditions are met in order to be able to log in successfully. This method is particularly suitable for users who do not have access to the mypascom customer portal or prefer to log in directly to the admin interface.

Requirements

• Stored e-mail address: An e-mail address must be stored for the user in the telephone system.
• Unique e-mail address: The stored e-mail address may only exist once on a pascom Cloud telephone system. If the e-mail address exists on several telephone systems, you cannot log in via the direct URL and must use the login via the mypascom customer portal instead.

The direct URL looks like this:

pascom.cloud/nameofyourpbx

Open the direct URL

Enter the direct URL of the Admin interface in your web browser. You can also find the URL in the mypascom portal under the subscription details of your telephone system.

E-mail address and password

Log in with your login credentials.

If your e-mail address meets the above criteria (stored and unique), you will be successfully logged in to the admin interface. Otherwise, you will receive an error message stating that it is not possible to log in. In this case, please use the login via the mypascom customer portal.
