pascom Customer Support Options

As a pascom customer, there are a number of support options available to you. The first thing to do is to check the pascom status monitor to see we have already detected an issue or if we are currently performing maintenance.

Secondly, free support is available via the pascom forum for all our customers and is an excellent resource for low priority, general interest or research based enquiries. If you are a pascom trial customer, then the pascom forum is the support option available to you.

Customers with an active pascom subscription, can open new support tickets via our my.pascom.net customer support portal. Simply please log into your my.pascom.net account, select support from the menu and then open a support ticket. Alternatively, if your enquiry is more urgent, i.e. you are experiencing technical issues that are disrupting your telephony operations in a severe way, please use the support hotline number which can be found under Support in your subscription details overview. Reaction times are guaranteed according to your Service Level Agreement. This information can also be found in your my.pascom under the subscription details overview. Finally, if your pascom solution is provided via a pascom partner, you can also contact your reseller for more support options.
